Another man card

As part of my effort to use supplies that haven't been used - here is a card using a new stamp that doesn't see much ink but I really like it - got if from Old Island Stamps when they were here at Art Convention in November.

A dear friend needed a birthday card for her SIL - so I made her this one

Made one card using nesties to cut and mat image and saying - the second card is one layer using stamp to cardstock
They are very different - like them both.....how about you?

Am a card exchange organizer for a group of Canadian stampers. Sometimes there are 40 crafters participating so it takes a bit of work. Yesterday I received this wonderful card to thank me for my work. How nice! Thank you Ardelle

Weekend

Know this is a bit out of season - It was made for a Michael Strong challenge.
Worked the weekend at the hospital so didn't get to post to my blog - will try to get ahead in the next while so have cards to post even when I am working.

Having read several posts on different blogs - have decided I am going to try a few things this year -
Going to make attempt to use ALL of my stamps - when I buy a set, usually it is one or two stamps that get used - well now I need to go back and use all those stamps that have never seen any ink......wonder how long that is going to take me?......did I hear someone say years?.......shhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
Going to try to post to this blog every day with a new creation......which is going to be a very big challenge as my creativity seems to come and go......

Another Wedding

DS and his girl are getting married - he proposed Christmas Day - she accepted - so the planning and invitation creation starts.
Love, love, love making Valentine Cards - so the timing is good - here is one creation

Made my colleagues personalized daytimers for Christmas - here is mine (two year daytimer from Michaels)- the plastic cover really protects it

New Card

Have been working a lot this past week - Hope your Christmas was as special as ours! Our son proposed to his girl Christmas Day in front of her family - she said YES!!!! We are so excited! Stay tuned for wedding plans.
