Sept challenge

the challenge this month on Creativecuttlebuggers is to make a card with fall/autumn theme - was happy with my efforts this morning - although this is a second card - the first didn't turn out!

These are stickers I created using my cuttlebug and dies - they are placed on a onesie when baby turns one month, two months, etc. - a friend of my daughter wanted a set - she chose the flowers!

Update

Lucas is now 7 lbs - healthy and happy -
Arthur is now starting to say words - he's been chattering for a long time but in a language none of us understands - he is counting & calling for his Daddy in morning -

Time flies - our third grandson is due in the next week or so - what an exciting time!!!!!! - in the meantime Arthur and Gordon are busy little boys - Arthur is getting ride from his maternal grandmother, Lynne and this is Gordon's 7th month pic.

Been married 38 years today - time has flown - !

Where did the last month go?

He is growing by leaps and bounds - now up on his knees - hasn't figured out what to do with his hands yet - but it won't be long before he is crawling.

Month stickers for James

A long time friend also has daughter living in Brisbane, who is also married to a Brit - strange how life seems to go in circles, isn't it. Her daughter also had a son late Jan - when I showed her the tie stickers I had made for Gordon, she seemed to like them. Long story short - have made a set for her grandson James. Mailed the first one to James' mom and dad - hoping it will get there in time - the remainder will go with his grandmother when she visits in March - here are the first six

Made our grandson monthly stickers in shape of tie - daughter asked if I could make Australian friend some stickers for her daughter - tried to find shape but ended up doing ovals - here are pics - they are in the mail - hope she likes them!

Gordon is four months!

Gordon is four months old today - how the heck did that happen? - boy time flies when you are not looking....the tie Gordon is wearing  was made by me - we tried to get these off internet but couldn't get them in time for his one month birthday - so dear friend in Australia drew template for me - we found appropriate paper and made one.......came home to make the other months.....daughter is pleased with them!

Oh and have I mentioned we are expecting another grandson in May - three boys - we are indeed fortunate!

Grandson back in Australia

Our daughter, SIL and our grandson, Gordon have now returned to Australia - she has bought him a jolly jumper so he is a happy boy. I am getting back to card making but have to fit it into days I am not working or caring for our grandson Arthur. Here is a card made of two dies I brought back from Australia - they are not available here so am glad I bought  four flower heads - wish I had bought one of each of the stem dies - never mind...... have dear friend who lives in Australia. She is going to craft show in March and will get the stems I did not buy!
